How it began…
My journey into this field began with a personal understanding of generational trauma, sparking a passion for supporting others and delving into human behavior.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with diverse populations across a variety of mental health settings.
My experience starting in supporting infants, young children and teens. Then it expanded to adults (19+), as well as providing care in contexts such as adoption and substance use.
On a More Personal Note…
Growing up as the third of four children in a chaotic, loud household, comparison felt normal, especially with a twin brother. In my family, you had to shout to be heard or seen.
I thought my heightened nervous system was just how everyone felt. Didn’t everyone experience the world as intensely as I did?
I’ve learned that true healing comes from slowing down and listening to my body, honoring its signals, needs, and wisdom.
